Ingredients:
- 8 slices of bread, cubed (sourdough works best)
- 1/2 bottle of CF American Elderberry Juice
- 1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked & crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
Instructions:
- Grease a baking dish
- Soak cubed bread in CF American Elderberry Juice
- In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together eggs & milk
- Layer in greased baking dish: cubed bread, cooked sausage and shredded cheese
- Pour the egg mixture over the casserole
- Cover & refrigerate overnight
- Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes until set
