Cockeyed Farms American Elderberry & Balsamic Glazed Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:
  • 1 pound brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1/4 cup CF American Elderberry Juice+ Honey
  • 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic,  minced
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Mix ingredients in a bowl (reserve brussels sprouts)
  3. Toss brussels sprouts in dressing
  4. Roast for 20 minutes, stirring often
