Ingredients:
- 1 pound brussels sprouts, halved
- 1/4 cup CF American Elderberry Juice+ Honey
- 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400
- Mix ingredients in a bowl (reserve brussels sprouts)
- Toss brussels sprouts in dressing
- Roast for 20 minutes, stirring often
